1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DwipachalTour, creating a booking, or making payments through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of Bangladesh.
2 Booking & Payment Options
DwipachalTour offers full payment and advance payment (min 20%) options. All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of valid payment or merchant transaction confirmation.
- Seat Lock Window: Unpaid booking requests automatically expire after the configured payment window.
- Payment Gateways: We support online card/mobile banking payments via OwnPay, bKash, and Nagad.
3 Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are required to report at the specified pickup point on time and follow host/guide safety instructions during the tour.
