1 Cancellation Timeline & Charges

If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, the following refund schedule applies based on how early you request cancellation prior to the departure date:

• 7+ Days before departure: 90% refund of the total booking amount.
• 3-6 Days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 72 hours before departure: Non-refundable.

2 Refund Processing Time

Approved refund requests are processed back to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank/Card) within 3 to 7 business days.

3 Weather & Emergency Cancellations

If a trip is cancelled by DwipachalTour due to severe weather, natural disasters, or safety warnings, travelers will receive 100% full refund or option to reschedule to another date free of charge.
